Nepal Reinsurance Company (NRIC) has declared dividends to be distributed to the shareholders from the distributable profit of last financial year and share premium.

The company has announced to distribute 16.50 percent bonus shares of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 10 billion and a cash dividend of 3.50 percent for tax purposes and a total dividend of 20 percent. The dividend will be distributed after the approval of the Government of Nepal and the Insurance Committee.

A meeting of the company's board of directors held on June 22 decided to distribute dividends at that rate.
