IPO Issue Date of Mahila Laghubitta 

The Primary Shares of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be issued for the general public from 12th February 2021. Previously the date was fixed for 20th February 2021 but this company has published the notice of the IPO issue date change. The reason for the date change is a technical issue of CDS and Clearing Limited. In that notice, this microfinance cleared that the early closing date is 16th Feb and the late closing date of IPO application is 26th Feb. The Company is going to issue 375000 shares to the general public. meanwhile, 20000 shares are allocated to the mutual fund and 5000 IPO shares are allocated to the employees of the company.
