Terhathum Power Company Limited (TPCL) was established in 2009 AD. TPCL was converted as a public limited company on 21st June 2018. Meanwhile, the promoter has held 100% shares. After the IPO allocation, the shareholding ratio of this company will be 70:30, promoter: general public. The recent paid-up capital of this company is 28 crore which will reach 40 crore after IPO allotment.
