The hydropower project name of this company is Tallo Tadi Khola Jalbidhyut aayojana. This project area is located at Dupcheshowr Gaupalika Nuwakot district. This company was eastblished on 31st Shrawan 2074 and converted as the public limited company. According to the AOA and MOA this company has allocated 10% shares of issued capital to the local people of Nuwakot district. Now this company has 26 promoters which has 70 percent shares of this company. This company has got the license to build the hydropower project, production of hydroelectricity and operation of hydroelectricity project from the Ministry of Energy and water resources in the name of tallo tadi khola jalbidhyut aayojana Nirman.The date of liscense of production is 29th Chaitra 2069.The liscence will valid until 26th Chaitra 2104.The total capacity of this hydropower is 4.993 Megawatt. The total investment of this hydropower project is one arba and nineteen crore.The autorised capial of this hydropower company is 75 crore.Likewise the issued capial is 40 crore which is divided into the following heads

·         Promoter share holder share :28 Crore

·         Project affected local people :4 crore

·         General Public : 8 crore
