IPO Result of मध्य भोटेकोशी जलविद्युत कम्पनी लिमिटेड
The IPO issued by Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company to the public will be distributed on Friday. Global IME Capital, the sales manager, is preparing to distribute the shares at the Capital office in Naxal at 9 am on Friday.
The company has issued 9 million shares to the public. Out of 9 million shares, 360,000 shares, i.e. 4 percent of the shares to be issued to the public, were allotted to the employees of the company. Similarly, 450,000 shares, i.e. 5 percent of the shares to be issued to the public, were reserved for the collective investment fund. The general public has applied for the remaining 8.19 million lots. The IPO has received 4.56 times more applications. Till the last day of application, applications for 37.3 million 48 thousand 40 lots have been received from 24 lakh 76 thousand 481 applicants in the IPO. As more applications have been received than the demand, this IPO will be distributed through round robin. In this regard, 8 lakh 19 thousand applicants will get this IPO at the rate of 10 lots. The company has already issued and distributed shares to the locals of Sindhupalchowk, the accumulators of the provident fund, the employees of the founding company of the company, and the employees of the lending company. They were not allowed to apply for the shares to be issued to the public. If applied, it will be canceled.

Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company Limited has been registered in the office of the Registrar of Companies on August 29, 2008 as per the prevailing law. The hydropower projects of this company are located in Barhabise Municipality ward number 5 and Bhotekoshi VDC-5. The registered office of this company is located at Kathmandu District KMC Ward No. 3, Maharajganj, Kathmandu. The company is constructing Madhya Bhotekoshi Hydropower Project (102 MW) in Sindhupalchok district. The construction work of the project has started from 28th January, 2070 BS and Bhotekoshi river in Sindhupalchok district is the major water source required for power generation.
